It is a matter of fact
Dr. Drake Ramoray
As a matter of fact, the phrase ‘it is a matter of fact’ was lately overused. How is it related, however, to applying this job? Please allow me to explain.
Before I begin, I have to express prior, my enthusiasm toward being an employee in the National Research Council. Not only because I can show off by telling people that ‘I am a research assistant’, but also the experience and the inner satisfaction through being a research assistant, and as a matter of fact, it is one of the most ideal way to achieve my babyish dream – to be a researcher.
As a biochemistry student, laboratory skill is quite an essential skill, and of course the ability to learn efficiently in a short period of time. For the two abilities just now mentioned, may I now guarantee the result expected, or even more than expected, through the word ‘confidence’, that I have gained through being a science peer tutor in my high school and in the University of Guelph. In addition, my management and multi-tasking skills acquired from extracurricular activities would help me to help the Council even further.
Protein is one of the fundamental components in every single life. This statement is already judged as a fact; but of course, prodigious amount of within these pieces of fact are still waiting for us to discover, and the Council is now contributing helping the human society through doing research on protein. This is my personal believe that to discover the mystery behind ‘protein’ is one of the main key to help us to step out the box of limited knowledge; and I genuinely want to be a part of the Council helping us to advance ourselves approaching the goal everyone of us are desiring.
As a matter of fact, I did not know what is the relationship between applying this job and the phrase ‘it is a matter of fact’. However, I believe this phrase already did the favour for me, to grab your precious attention reading my insight and my keenness. I have to be thankful to you and if possible, I eagerly await the opportunity for an interview with you.
Regards,
