Roger,
So yeap, I've successfully turned a little thing into a big big one.
Two things have been proven,
1) Roger has a problem on controlling his temper, he need to start to grow up and think like a man, not a kid.
2) In order get what I wanted to do perfectly done, I can be really mean. XD
The fact that Roger needs to grow up, Bryan, the 2 Kyles, Jax and I all agreed. This is something that he could never realize until he really sit down, relax, clear his mind and think about it himself.

Recalling the day after we played dota, with Kyle (bob)'s friends. He was pissed just because decoy trash talked a bit. (Sorry kyle, XD, but you know...)
But how could he not be pissed? Roger wouldn't stop talking offensively, (so is Decoy, but that's another story.) then, BOOM. Not because of that, but the result is, Decoy's team (my - Seb's team, XD) won, but roger wouldn't stop talking offensively, then BOOM x 2.
Just think about that, just think, what do you think if Roger kept quiet in that game?
Answer varies:
Roger: That bastard would be cocky after the game, and I DON'T LIKE THAT.
Bryan and I: Well, we'll win that bastard later, dun need to get mad becuz of that.
Kyle (Lordillidan):

Few years ago, Bryan and I, and I could imagine the 2 kyles and Jax, were like you roger. When we lose to someone cocky, we'd be damn pissed and throwing things. (just saying, not literally throwing things, XD)
However now we don't, we really don't. Maybe to me, I'd feel like "ahh damn it" after losing a game, but nothing more.
It maybe a little bit tough to you Roger, we view you as our friend, a same-age friend, so we expected you could be like us. Not gonna bitch like a bitch when people trash talk.
But then later Jax realized that, we're wrong. We should not have treat you as a bud who is as old as us, you're just a kid, a cocky kid. We should have claimed for our respect, the respect toward us, the senior ones.

Talking about Jax. In my very own opinion, it is your fault roger. Not that becuz I have left the clan and started to be bias, but on that day, I did really think that's ur fault.
How so? Please let me explain here.
On that day, you were the one started the insulting battle to Jax. "Dota's for newbs like you."
All he asked was, "Dota?" There is a saying, "whoever started the war is always wrong."
Then Jax said something like "it's not" or whatever, I couldn't recall, but with the word "bitch" in it.
So, you called him a newb, he called you a bitch. Fair enough.
But no, you thought it was not, so then you kicked him from the channel.
Let us stop right here for awhile.
Roger called Jax a newb + Kicked Jax. = 2 insults.
Jax called Roger a bitch. = 1 insults.
I believed that Jax deserves a chance to insult you one more time to make it fair, regardless of this is a joke or not.
But no, roger does not believe in equality. Kick. Jax joined again, then kicked again.
Eventually, banned.
What did Jax do? All he did was calling you a bitch, following by an "XD" to sooth the atmosphere.
Is a ban what Jax deserved? I doubted so.
Apparantly Jax was kidding but roger was just, "I'd never be wrong, it's always their fault."
Everyone, agreed? Roger's typical motto.
You say Jax is annoying, I'd say you dunno how to deal with a joke. (Yes, that's my problem too XD, sometimes, but definitely I would have no prob with Jax.)
"What should I do if Jax is that annoying!?" Maybe tell him to stop? Nicely? Tell him that "Please stop" and warn him "I'm serious, Jax," instead of "YOU ARE FUCKING ANNOYING!" with a ban?
"HE NEVER STOPS, HE NEVER!" Then a ban would be appropriate, but that only applies when you requested him to stop.
The main question here is, did you?

Still remember few days ago, kyle Jax and I were talking about you and dalton.
Our conclusion is, (all agreed in a sec, applause and such, and yes this might hurt, but be prepared.)
You are A DOG of dalton when he's here.
I did not say that's a problem of dalton's, but we did say that that is a problem of yours, roger.
If you don't believe in me or Jax, (even though I have always telling you the truth because I hate to lie to friends), you can ask Kyle (Lordillidan), the one who still has not turned on against you.
Yes, this is your buddies-relationship and I don't think it's a good idea for us to judge;
but when dalton's around, you treat him like your master, begging him and such, and treated us terribly bad.
I don't know if you think that way or not, but to us, this is what it is.
I wouldn't make any more assertions on this one, but I'd think that's a thing that you should really think about.

Why am I bothering typing all this?
Two reasons.
1) Jax asked me if I could do him a favour to make you grow up. You know I don't usually say no to a friend.
2) I view you roger as my friend, and I want you to be good, I cherish my every single friend.
But what stopped you, do you know? Of course you do, ur a smart kid. It's because you think that you are always better, you are good enough.
"No, that's not what I think." or "Yes, I am good enough." are the two answers I expected from you. Ask yourself, is your answer one of those? If not, please enlightened me.
"You DON'T KNOW ME WELL, stop pretending you are."
Just put these all angry thought away, just sit down and think

Why am I so mean to you?
Keep pointing out the bad things of yours.
As I said, it's because I cherish my every single friend, and it's for your own good.
But don't you think that I was and I am always nice to you, but why all the sudden...?

As I mentioned before, I have to study, at least for the entire week.
In order to make sure I could stay away from wcing for a week, I need you to hate me for awhile, your pretty much the one of the main causes for me playing wc.
(Of course Jax and Kyles are important to me, but in this letter Rawger is the main character, so let him be XD)
Yeap, so if you understand, I would impudently and imprudently ask for your forgiveness, of irritating you because of this. (But not because of pointing out the bad things of yours, for that I would not say sorry.)
I have to get 95+ in this course or I will ashamed, and I have already lost 1.6 marks of my final average from my midterm already.
And I found it is actually quite a good chance for me to guide you (woo, I'm like a shining star XD).
So yeah, that's why these happened.

Roger, one thing I have to admit, you have a charm inside you.
That is why even thought most of us left you once, but we finally wanted to come back to you.
But with that temper, it just irritates us.
Another thing I want you to know, Jax and I love you as a friend. So does the 2 kyles and Bryan. (I really dunno why I'm sending this to Bryan, but anyway lol).
Once we're friends, we're friends forever. No matter what happened, unless you want us to vanish.
Of course, I have my own weaknesses too, and I don't usually want to face them; so this is very reasonable for you to just dodge this, only if you admit that you are the weakling who like to dodge this.
You're a smart kid, but with terrible temper controlling ability.
Please, if you are willing to, I'm begging you, please sit down and think.
